The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and tube stations. the stunning view from the rooftop bar was unforgettable, offering breathtaking sights of famous landmarks. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and worth the extra cost.

The executive lounge access was underwhelming, with lackluster food options and limited drink choices. the elevator system was frustrating and often didn't work smoothly.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was excellent, within walking distance to borough market and the Tower of London. The hotel also offers easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore central London. Upon arrival, guests receive a cookie, and the bar on the top floor of the hotel offers fantastic views of London, including the shard. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful, especially a particular staff member with curly hair.

Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

I always return for the cozy rooms, amazing staff and delicious cuisine. First time, they helped me print my boarding pass. This place suits me perfectly with luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant, and air conditioning. Christmas at this gem is a must!

The breakfast was wonderful, although there were limited options for vegetarians. it was the greatest hotel experience of my life - perfect room, amazing location, and impeccable service. Cannot recommend enough!

It's also right across the iconic Tower of London and near the beautiful riverside. The room is cozy and includes essential facilities such as a fridge and a hairdryer. Plus, the hotel staff offers excellent service ensuring that your stay goes smoothly.

One minor comment is that the lifts can sometimes have a queue, causing occasional delays.

Indulged in the delicious breakfast buffet at City Café, enjoyed a relaxed evening meal at Natural Kitchen, and sipped imaginative cocktails at Savage Garden rooftop bar. Loved the light-filled glass-roofed atrium at check-in. Late check-out option was a bonus. Great amenities for all types of guests.

Such a shame the bathroom door looked like it was straight out of a prison cell.

This place is located in a great area to get around the main sites. It is near the famous Tower Bridge but still in a quiet spot. The staff were so lovely and offered exceptional customer service. The rooftop bar with superlative city views was an absolute delight. Sipping on a cocktail while gazing at the twinkling lights of the Square Mile felt like being in a real-life fairy tale. The panoramic view of the Gherkin and Tower Bridge was simply breathtaking.
